1. Service Use

• You must use Adgrowth.io in compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
• You are responsible for your account, users, and all actions performed by your team.
• You must provide accurate business, campaign, website, SEO, publishing, and integration information.
• You must review generated ads, image assets, video creative briefs, SEO recommendations, pSEO pages, blog drafts, budgets, optimization recommendations, and platform handoffs before using or publishing them.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and access tokens.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents.
• We may suspend access to protect the platform, customers, or third parties.

3. Platform Integrations

• Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WordPress, Shopify, webhook, and other integrations operate under each platform's own terms and review process.
• You authorize Adgrowth.io to access only the connected account data required for selected features.
• You may disconnect ad integrations from the Ad Accounts or Integrations page, and publishing connectors from Integrations.
• Adgrowth.io may prepare paused drafts, recommendations, content drafts, or handoff notes, but third-party platforms control approval, delivery, ranking, publishing, and availability.

4. Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Paid features may require an active subscription and available credits.
• Credits are consumed per action based on current product usage rules.
• Prices, plans, and credit-pack terms may be updated prospectively.
• Refund handling for failed operations follows active product policy and applicable law.

5. Customer Content and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, claims, intellectual-property rights, industry compliance, and platform-policy compliance associated with your campaign inputs, creatives, landing pages, SEO changes, pSEO pages, blog content, optimization changes, and publishing decisions. Adgrowth.io provides recommendations and workflow tooling only.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or policy-violating ad content.
• No abuse of API endpoints, scraping beyond authorized limits, or security testing without approval.
• No attempts to access data from accounts or organizations you do not own or manage.
• No reverse engineering, interference, or disruption of platform security and reliability.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, workflows, and associated branding are owned by Adgrowth.io or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your active subscription.

8. Disclaimers

Adgrowth.io provides recommendations and automation assistance. We do not guarantee ad approval, campaign performance, SEO rankings, AI-search visibility, lead volume, publishing success, or revenue outcomes. Final responsibility for ad compliance, website content, budget spend, and campaign outcomes remains with the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adgrowth.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue/profits resulting from use of the service, third-party platform actions, or account restrictions.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of non-payment, policy violation, abuse, legal risk, or security concerns.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws identified in your customer agreement or invoice documentation. Dispute handling may include mandatory notice and informal resolution before formal proceedings.

12. Third-Party Services and Platform Dependencies

Certain features depend on third-party providers, including ad platform APIs, AI providers, hosting, analytics tools, email delivery, website publishing platforms, and connected customer systems. Availability, limits, policy enforcement, and account restrictions by third parties may affect service functionality.

13. Beta and Preview Features

We may offer beta or preview features for testing and feedback. These features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time and may not have full production support or guarantees.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are posted on adgrowth.io and become effective on the date indicated unless otherwise stated.
