Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of account data associated with Adgrowth.io on https://adgrowth.io, including connected platform integration data, stored campaign records, generated creative assets, video creative briefs, optimization recommendations, SEO audits, pSEO plans, SEO blog workflows, publishing connector records, and public website enquiries, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

Option A: In-app deletion request

Log in to your Adgrowth.io workspace.
Go to Ad Accounts or Integrations and disconnect any linked Meta, Google, WordPress, Shopify, webhook, or other connected account.
Email privacy@adgrowth.io with subject: Account Deletion Request.
Include your account email and organization name for verification.

Option B: Meta platform deletion callback

For platform-initiated deletion workflows (Meta app compliance), Adgrowth.io supports: https://adgrowth.io/api/meta/data-deletion

The endpoint returns a confirmation code and status URL: https://adgrowth.io/api/meta/data-deletion/status/{confirmation_code}

Option C: Public website enquiry deletion

If you submitted a public website form, email privacy@adgrowth.io with the submitted email address or phone/WhatsApp number. We will verify the request before deleting legally deletable lead/contact records.

What Data Is Deleted

Profile data and organization metadata held in the product workspace.
Conversation history, research artifacts, campaign plans, ad drafts, and generated draft content.
SEO audits, SEO recommendations, pSEO page plans/drafts, blog drafts, campaign optimization recommendations, schedules, and publish logs where legally deletable.
Stored OAuth integration records, publishing connector records, and associated account-link metadata.
Website visitor lead records associated with your submitted email or phone number, where legally deletable.

What Data May Be Retained

Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Security logs required to protect service integrity and investigate abuse.
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Consent records that must be retained to evidence opt-in, opt-out, or compliance handling.
Email notification copies or support inbox records where retention is legally required or operationally necessary to handle your request.

Deletion Timeline

Acknowledgment of request: within 3 business days.
Verification check and scope confirmation: typically within 7 business days.
Standard completion target: within 30 days after verification.
Some financial/audit records may be retained where legally required.

Verification Requirements

To protect account security, we may ask for identity or account ownership verification before processing deletion requests.
