Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of account data associated with AdGrowth on https://adgrowth.io, including connected platform integration data and stored campaign records, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

Option A: In-app deletion request

Log in to your AdGrowth workspace.
Go to Ad Accounts and disconnect any linked Meta/Google account.
Email privacy@adgrowth.io with subject: Account Deletion Request.
Include your account email and organization name for verification.

Option B: Meta platform deletion callback

For platform-initiated deletion workflows (Meta app compliance), AdGrowth supports: https://adgrowth.io/api/meta/data-deletion

The endpoint returns a confirmation code and status URL: https://adgrowth.io/api/meta/data-deletion/status/{confirmation_code}

What Data Is Deleted

Profile data and organization metadata held in the product workspace.
Conversation history, research artifacts, and generated draft content.
Stored OAuth integration records and associated account-link metadata.

What Data May Be Retained

Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Security logs required to protect service integrity and investigate abuse.
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.

Deletion Timeline

Acknowledgment of request: within 3 business days.
Verification check and scope confirmation: typically within 7 business days.
Standard completion target: within 30 days after verification.
Some financial/audit records may be retained where legally required.

Verification Requirements

To protect account security, we may ask for identity or account ownership verification before processing deletion requests.
